SHIPPING
FRANCISCA orders are filled as promptly as possible. We dispatch orders typically within 2 or 3 business days from the receipt of order.

An email notification will be sent once your order is dispatched.
On reaching your country,
your order may be subject to local customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be borne by you. You should contact your local customs office for information and comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We are not responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs of any country.
RETURNS
FRANCISCA aims to provide our customers with the highest quality garments and products, and visually inspects all items before being shipped.
In the unlikely event a purchase is fails to meet your expectations, FRANCISCA is more than happy to replace, or exchange the item. All decisions related to refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of FRANCISCA. Items to be returned must include a tag, original packaging, and be free of stains, and in a perfect sellable condition. To receive a full refund on your item, it must be returned to FRANCISCA within 7 days of receipt, no exceptions. Before sending the product back, you must email
info@franciscaonline.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That number should be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks from receipt of the goods back for the order. All additional handling and shipping costs will be total minus shipping expenses from the original purchase price, if applicable, if any.
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Returns on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
For an exchange to be accepted it must be returned to FRANCISCA within 7 days of receipt, no exceptions. Before sending the product back, you must first email with subject header: Exchanges to
info@franciscaonline.com with details to receive a Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). That number must be marked on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance.
For Exchange and Returns, with When sending merchandise back to FRANCISCA, we recommend you insure your package and keep the tracking number.
FRANCISCA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to us.
